FAQ

How is the petrol cost calculated?

We divide your monthly distance by how many kilometres your car does per litre (based on its class: 4, 6 or 8 cylinders, sedan or 4WD), then multiply by the litre price you entered. Oil changes are added to the yearly total.

How is the electricity cost calculated?

We use a realistic consumption figure for an average EV, multiplied by your monthly distance and your home electricity price. An EV needs no oil changes at all.

Is the result accurate?

It covers fuel and oil only, assuming home charging — a guidance estimate; actual costs vary with driving style and car condition.
