Charger and Battery
I wish the charger from the dealership was a 7kW unit, given the 26kW battery size.

Suspension and Sounds
The suspension is very stiff in all modes and overly sensitive. There's a noticeable clicking sound from the front when going over bumps.
Safety and Driver Assistance Systems
Cruise control and radar don't work reliably—they disconnect constantly. The right turn signal keeps hanging and won't turn off properly.
Audio and Alerts
The sound is muffled, including alerts and turn signals. Often after startup, the audio cuts out and comes back on its own.
Interior Details and Systems
The passenger side washer sprays outside the window. The media screen is completely locked with limited functionality. There's no split-screen app display, even though the screen is large and other BYD models have it. Turning off lights from the screen requires confirmation—it should be quick so you're not distracted from driving. The passenger seat sits too high and doesn't go down to full-flat position. There's no option to auto-start the rear AC when you start the car. The pedals haven't arrived yet.
Updates and Apps
Updates have only come through the dealership so far—no OTA updates yet. The Sentry Mode app (to monitor the car's surroundings while parked) is disabled, even though every other BYD model has it enabled. There are GPS issues with Google and the app.
Warranty and Maintenance
The warranty booklet is missing. Maintenance prices are very high compared to other Gulf countries. The maintenance schedule doesn't match the car's manual.
