Performance and Power
The power and torque are excellent, especially in Sport Mode—it gives you real confidence when overtaking. The suspension performs well on medium roads, I'd rate it good to very good.
The car is fundamentally electric, and the larger battery gives you real peace of mind for the price difference
Design and Build Quality
The exterior design is beautiful and elegant, really turns heads. The build quality is outstanding—you can feel the car has been worked on meticulously. The full panoramic roof looks stunning and adds a sense of luxury, but in our hot climate, I notice it makes the cabin feel warmer.
Technology and Smart Systems
The screens, interior details, and all the tech features are beautiful and enjoyable to use. The cameras are excellent, though sometimes they give the impression that obstacles are closer than they actually are. The ELKA system has interfered with me more than once in annoying ways—once it saw a car entering the street and hit the brakes suddenly, and in other situations it tries to correct the path left or right even though everything is under control.
The autonomous driving is nice, but sometimes it's overly cautious and brakes on the highway if it senses a car might enter your lane, so I usually disable it temporarily in those situations.
The apps and updates could use their own separate discussion—there are a lot of details. The DVR recording from the 360 cameras is in portrait orientation, and I would have preferred landscape.
Comfort and Interior Space
The front seat isn't comfortable for long drives in my opinion—when I go back to driving my Altima, my back feels relieved. The seat cooling exists but feels lighter than some German cars I've driven.
I noticed that after long parking in midday sun, the AC sometimes doesn't cool normally on the first try—sometimes it only settles after turning the car off and back on. I wish the air distribution was stronger front and back so the whole cabin cools more evenly.
Noise isolation between 100-130 km/h I'd rate 6/10, especially from above, though I understand the car's shape plays a role in that. The third screen—honestly, I haven't found real value in it yet, and I think if it faced the back, the kids would get more use out of it.
Consumption and Battery
If you don't charge regularly, fuel consumption shoots up noticeably because the gas engine runs the generator and participates in moving the car. I wish I'd gone with the larger range version. In my opinion, that's the biggest downside to this car—because fundamentally it's electric, and the larger battery gives you real peace of mind for the price difference.
Other Issues
The SIM and master account thing is annoying. Sometimes there's a glitch opening the car—I press the door handle and the car doesn't respond even though I have the key on me. The charging connector got stuck with me more than once, and thankfully the guys explained how to release it from the trunk.
